"Hidden Elf Jackpot" Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility This raffle is open only to individuals who purchase a "Starry Night" paddle from Friday Pickleball during the promotional period. Eligible participants must be legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Friday Pickleball and its partners are not eligible.
2. Promotion Period The raffle runs from November 1, 2024 to December 1, 2024. Purchases made within this period are eligible for entry.
3. Prize Conditions and Selection
Elf Paddle Prize: Fifty (50) "Starry Night" paddles will contain a small elf icon. Customers who receive an elf paddle are eligible for:
Two (2) additional paddles to gift to friends, free of charge.
A 15% discount code valid for unlimited use on Friday Pickleball products for one (1) year from the date of issue.
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner, randomly selected from all eligible purchasers, will receive a weekend stay at an Airbnb in Indio, California, coordinated by Friday Pickleball. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4. Prize Redemption
Elf Paddle Prize winners will receive instructions on redeeming their prizes along with their paddle.
The grand prize winner will be notified by email or phone within 30 days of the end of the raffle period and must claim the prize within 7 days.
5. Discount Terms
The 15% discount code for Elf Paddle Prize winners is valid for one (1) year from the issue date, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release Friday Pickleball from any liability associated with the raffle, including injuries, loss, or damages related to acceptance or use of any prize.
7. Publicity Acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner's consent to Friday Pickleball's use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
