Why did you start Friday Pickleball?
Friday Pickleball was born out of a desire to level the playing field. At Friday, we create paddles you can trust with a look and feel that actually make a difference. The paddle you choose should make you feel confident and comfortable so you can show up as the best version of yourself, every day. That’s why we offer premium paddles at accessible prices so you can look great and feel confident on the court.

SHIPPING
Where does Friday ship to?
Friday Pickle ships within the continental US, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We are now also shipping to Canada!
What are your processing/shipment timelines?
Once your order is placed, your items will be reserved in our system! Your order will go through two phases prior to delivery: order processing and fulfillment. We generally allow 24 hours for order changes such as shipping address changes, paddle design changes, etc. In some cases we will be out of stock on certain designs. We have inventory arriving weekly but your order may be delayed a few days while it waits on a specific design.
Standard shipping takes around 3-5 business days.
Shipping to Hawaii and Canada can take up to 1-2 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping cost is $8.95. We do offer free shipping on orders of 3 or more paddles.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment! If it hasn't shipped yet, you are always welcome to reach out at hello@fridaypickle.com and we can look into it for you.
My tracking link says my package was delivered but I can't locate it. What do I do?
This can happen sometimes! Don't worry, we're here to help.
Do a quick search around your property. Sometimes the carrier will attempt to hide the package to avoid theft. Generally the paddles are delivered in/at the mailbox or at the front porch.
Check with your neighbors to see if they received your package.
Check in with any front offices or mail rooms associated with your residence. Sometimes the package can be delivered in the wrong parcel locker but should be easily remedied by contacting the carrier or working with the mail room attendant.
Wait 2 days. At times, carriers may mark packages delivered before they're actually dropped off.
Contact the carrier (generally USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and give them your tracking number. They can help you track it down.
ONWARD VIP PROTECTION+
What is Onward VIP Protection+?
We’ve partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon neutral shipping protection and our 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen or damaged packages. You’ll also have 90 days after your purchase to file claims for any product-related issues.
How does Onward work?
Onward is an on-demand concierge service that covers our customers in the event they have shipping issues or are dissatisfied with their first purchase. If you add Onward to your order, you’ll be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will be reviewed for approval within an hour.
How do I file a claim?
You can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.
Who does Onward partner with to make shipments carbon neutral?
Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c non-profit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments covered with Onward. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be automatically taking action against climate change.
How much time do I have to file a claim?
It depends based on the type of claim:
For product quality issues, the time to file a claim will be shown while you’re checking out
Damaged items need to filed no later than 15 days after delivery
Lost items need to be filed within 30 days from the last carrier update.
What happens if my replacement order through Onward also gets lost, stolen or damaged?
Not a problem! Any replacement orders that are placed by Onward are still insured by Onward.
CANCELS & RETURNS
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our team works to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so if you notice that your order needs to be changed, please contact our team at hello@fridaypickle.com right away!
We allow a 24-hour lag between the time of order placement to when the order is sent to our fulfillment center. After that, the order will be processed for shipment and will be unable to be changed.
How do returns work?
If you would like to return one or multiple paddles, please contact support at hello@fridaypickle.com. We will provide you with an address for your return. You will be responsible for covering return shipping to us, generally $10 or less. Once the return is received, we will refund the full value of the paddle plus the original charge of shipping.
Can I exchange my paddle for a different design?
You can exchange for a different design provided the paddle is unused and the plastic is still covering the grip. Contact support at hello@fridaypickle.com and let us know which design you want. We will give you an address to ship your return and you will be responsible for covering return shipping.
How does your 99-day happiness guarantee work?
We offer a 99-day Happiness Guarantee which means you can return the paddle new or used for a refund within that window. Normal wear and tear is to be expected on any sporting equipment but we are happy to replace/refund in instances where the performance of the paddle is affected or if you are unhappy with the paddle. We are unable to refund more than the original full cost of the order so you would have to pay for return shipping. Please contact support at hello@fridaypickle.com to initiate a return.

Is there a way to order a specific paddle weight?
We don't have a way to send you a specific paddle weight. Our paddles range between 8.0-8.3 ounces.
What is the grip size?
Our grips are 5.5" long with a 4.25" grip circumference.
Why are your paddles so affordable?
Friday works directly with our manufacturing partners to cut out the middle-man and offer the highest quality paddles at the most fair price on the market. We believe that pickleball is the most accessible sport out there, and we want our prices to reflect that!

What materials are used in the construction of a Friday paddle?
Friday Paddles are made from high-quality materials, including a 100% Carbon Fiber surface. They feature a polypropylene honeycomb core, foam-injected walls, and carbon abrasion surfaces for spin.
Are Friday paddles suitable for players of all skill levels?
Yes, our paddles cater to a wide range of skill levels. The Friday Paddle is perfect for casual players and weekend warriors seeking a budget-friendly yet performance-oriented option, as well as more advanced players who demand the best from their equipment.
What are the dimensions and weight of a Friday paddle?
Friday paddles are 7.5" wide, 16.5" long, and 16mm thick. They weigh 8.0-8.3oz.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
If I forgot to enter a referral code, can the person still receive credit for referring me to Friday Pickle?
Please reach out to support and provide us with your name, order number, and the name of the person that referred you. On the first occasion we will make sure the person gets their credit but moving forward, the code will need to be on the order during order placement for it to process through our affiliate system properly.
Best way to ensure the code is applied is to use the person's link instead of the code. If you need to know your link or someone else's link, please reach out to Friday Pickle support.
Can I use my referral code on my own order?
Nope. Our affiliate program is designed to spread the word about Friday!
