Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include, but are not limited to, gift cards, downloadable software products, and personalized items.

 

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the return address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@fridaypickle.com.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at hello@fridaypickle.com and send your item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
