PATENT-PENDING ELASTECH

ElasTECH is a first of its kind internal perimeter weighting system unique to Friday paddles.


This technology is what makes our Gen 4 Project AURA paddles and our Gen 3 Fever 102 paddle have such a unique, buttery feel.


A layer of rubber sits between the perimeter foam and the honeycomb core, leading to a larger sweet spot, more stability, and more power without sacrificing feel & dwell.

WARRANTY

99-Day Returns Policy
You can return your paddle within 99 days if it is in almost-like-new playable condition. This is simply meant to make it easy to return the paddle if you give it a try and decide it's not for you.


This returns policy is not meant for people who have put serious hours on their paddle – please review warranty below if your paddle has been used. Paddle must be in great condition and undamaged to qualify for return.


6-Month Warranty
What's Covered
Manufacturer defects that are easily visible from a picture or video. This includes:

  • Handle Breaking
  • Loose or Cracked Edge Guard
  • Face Cracks


What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear & tear from play
  • Graphics wearing/fading
  • Rattling (doesn't affect performance)
  • Paddle abuse/neglect
  • Damage caused by hits to the ground


Miscellaneous
This warranty is available for Friday Paddles. Friday Pickleball holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our warranty. Friday Pickleball has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our warranty.

The outcome is near perfect to what I'm expecting on my desired shot selection

LOVE the Aura and the power it has while also maintaining touch. It feels plush but also 'bouncy' at the same time. I like to slice and maneuver the ball a lot and the grit on the paddle face is insane so far. I've played 6 games with it since I've had it and I'm loving it. The expected result is what I picture in my mind before executing. Definitely impressed and think it's the best paddle you guys have come out with to date.

Reset control is unbelievable... just buttery at the net

Had numerous fire fights and then could easily drop return to dinking with the resets. Quick and responsive in hands battles, routinely winning them against 4.5–4.8 players. Great control on direction of flicks and rolls. Spin generation is excellent — backhand roll dinks are easily put into the kitchen from outside the NVZ.

Sweet spot is huge...

Paddle has a nice plush feel. Consistent across the face. Sweet spot is huge in my opinion. It is a plush/dense feel which isn't my usual preference but it's so consistent across the face I actually enjoy the feel on this paddle. Great in stock form which is a big deal for the masses as not all people like to add weight and tinker like us nerds.

Comparable to the Loco but bigger sweet spot and really good control

My paddle for the past few months has been the Bread and Butter Loco. I feel like this paddle was comparable — maybe slightly less power, but a bigger sweet spot and really good control. On my Loco, I had some weights on the throat to add stability, but so far I haven't felt like I've needed that with the Aura. Great paddle, and I plan to keep playing with it.

Full foam core performs well even on off-center hits

The paddle definitely has the aura to match its name. The face has solid grit, allowing me to really shape the ball. Transitioning from a hybrid shape paddle took a bit of adjustment, but I'm really starting to appreciate the extra reach and effortless power that the elongated design provides. I've already played about 25–30 hours with the paddle, and I can confirm it's the real deal.
